Lincolnshire Business Center has two conference rooms available to all clients. The large conference room can accommodate up to 20 people, and the small conference rooms can accommodate up to 10 people. Conference rooms must be reserved in advance. Please see the receptionist to check on availability.
Clients that rent offices are entitled to six hours of free conference room use per month (either the large or the small room).
Virtual office clients may substitute six hours of their sixteen hours of office use for conference room time.
Clients that do not rent office space must be approved before reserving time, use only during business hours and will be charged for a minimum of two hours.
Clients that use the conference rooms on the weekend will need to obtain a key from the receptionist before 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
Advance Reservations: Clients may reserve a conference room for any available date. However, if a client wishes to reserve more than 20 hours of conference room time in advance, they will be required to pay for any hours in excess of 20 hours at the time of the reservation. If reservations in excess of 20 hours are cancelled, payment will not be refunded.
Cancellations: Clients that reserve a conference room and wish to cancel the reservation must notify the receptionist 48 hours in advance of the reservation date. If you fail to notify the receptionist of your cancellation, you will be billed for the hours you had reserved even if the room is not used.
Amenities: Both conference rooms are equipped with wipe boards, easels, telephones with speakerphone capabilities and high speed Internet access. Conference Room "B" is also equipped with a VCR/DVD player and basic Cable TV. A projector for Power Point presentations is also available for $20.00 per session.
